My charge 5 will no longer track my workout that I start from phone is the phone screen is locked. My track looks like straight lines to each point a wake up my phone.
I am not sure if is an issue due to my phone screen being on lock whilst out walking but my Live Map tracking via the app is inaccurate and today when I tracked a 3 mile walk it stated 1.78 miles and the lines were straight and not tracked what I had walked. Also the map vanished and the tracking page on the app froze and I could not scroll up or down. I had to shut the app down.
