Although it continues to vibrate when i plug in the charging cable it does not charge and screen remains black. I tried the restart - pushing the button 3 times. I got vibrations but nothing else. I have left it on the charging cable for many hours. I assume but do not know that it's not charging. Not sure what to do next. help?

Thanks for sharing that you've been having the same inconvenience with your Charge 5 and that you already tried the restart.
If this is related to the battery, and in addition to the three pulse restart that you already tried, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article, as this has been helpful for other users.

Davide, thanks for your response. I have worked my way thru the article and tried all the suggestions there. Nothing has worked. Although, it still vibrates when i try the restart or when i plug it into the charger, the screen remains black . The app on my phone is not syncing. On Monday it was fine and i have had no problems with it. But Tuesday it would not do anything. It is about 5 months old. Can you help me?
