Hello @Spoonbill and @altorry
Have you tried restarting the tracker by scrolling down from the Clock Face screen until you get to Settings, tapping, then scrolling up until you get to Restart Device and following the instructions? Also have you tried syncing it to the App?
Hopefully one of those 2 things should get your date and time back.
I hope that helps a bit.

A sync should set the time and date. The fitbit app will tell you when the last sync was.
If a sync didn't work.
