I have followed all of the troubleshooting steps according to the help page instructions.
Since yesterday, I am not receiving any data. When I manually sync, for a second the sleep data line looks as if it is doing something, then goes back to saying no data.
This is a newer Fitbit, only about 6 months old, replaced after Fitbit bricked my old one by rendering it unable to charge with their update.
It looks like this is happening again. Please send out a new update to fix this.
This is the last straw. Going to have to switch to a more trustable, better, company if they refuse to fix or replace. I refuse to buy a new one, considering that "I" did not break this one. So frustrated.
