After completing my work out this am I notice by Charge 5 had not updated any of my activities. I attempted to manually sync to my iPhone 12 several times but it would not update the app. The app displayed the number steps, miles, cals and heartbeat correctly and would allow me to enter weight, but would not display any data for mindfulness, readyness, exercise, stress management, time to get moving, or health metrics. While attempting to manually sync the device i kept getting one of two messages, "This will take a while, sit tight" or "could not sync charge 5" with a "fix it" button.
In an attempt to fix this I shut down and re started the app, and the phone, disconnected all blue tooth devices and re connected only the charge 5, went to the fit bit help page and tried all of the suggestions with the exception of resetting the Charge 5. I finally removed and re loaded the app. I attempted to sync the devices after re loading. After 30 mins I attempted to sync the devices and no luck. At this point the charge 5 is pretty useless. Any help would be appricated

Often if your phones Bluetooth is off. go to Bluetooth in settings app on your phone and turn Bluetooth to pair with charge 5.

That was the first thing i tried and no luck.

Had to rest the charge to re establish the Bluetooth connection. Lost the un-synced date. It has done it again today the blue tooth will no connect. My charge 4 works fine as well as all of my other blue tooth devices. I am wondering if this indicated an issue whit the charge 5.
