My replacement Charge 5 from about 2 months ago is now showing a Red Circle with a white X inside. Nothing I do will get it to go away. I've tried the Bluetooth suggestions from other FAQs, and also removing it but no luck. Nothing happens when I tap it or try the "reset" button on the charging cable.
Very annoying... 😞
