Charge 5 won't charge and battery drain

As of yesterday my Fitbit Charge 5 hasn't been charging. Even though I have cleaned the charging sensors thoroughly. Also, the battery drain still persists afte the firmware update which happened on 22nd July 2022.

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, I recommend that you continue the communication with them so they can let you know how to proceed.
