I'm having the same issue on logo stuck on my Charge 5 screen and it looks like a very common issue. I have tried resetting but Charge 5 doesn't respond and I have seen no resolutions that seem to work. It seems like a big issue on FitBit/Google end. How can this be fixed?

I tried the freezer and it started working in 10 minutes. So far so good🤞

The freezer?! LOL Mine actually started working except the time/date won't
appear any more by turning my wrist. I didn't do anything... it just
started working.
