Hi,

I cleaned my Charge 5 with a damp cloth. It then stopped working and would not charge anymore. I left the Fitbit for a few days, in case I got it too wet (although you can swim with it) and it started charging. However, as soon as I take it off the charger, it dies and when I put it back onto the charger, it starts charging again at 0%. The battery doesn't seem to hold any charge anymore.

Does anyone have a solution for this?

It's very frustrating to experience charging issues. This page has the recommended troubleshooting steps to try: Why isn't my Fitbit battery charging?

If none of the troubleshooting steps are successful, you probably should contact Fitbit support
