Charge 5 won't charge anymore

Hi, I didn't use my watch for a few days so the battery died, when I tried to charge it, it didn't charge even though I left it charging all night, I tried to restart it from the USB and it didn't restart either, the screen is blank.

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

Hi there, @CynSur. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still not charging. I will do my best to help you with this!

As a first approach, I'd recommend restarting your Charge 5 by following these steps. Then, try charging it again for at least 2 hours. 

If the Charge 5 is still unresponsive and it has not vibrated during the restart process, please follow the tips and recommendations provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Let's try making sure both, your Fitbit device and charge and clean and free of any debris.

HI! Thank you for your response! My Charge started working again after I restarted it and left it charging, after four hours it started charging and it is working ok.
