Charge 5 won't charge not matter what

Charge 5 will not charge ..have tried 6 different chargers and trouble shooting...2yrs old

Hi there, @Chrisstangl. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5 is still not charging despite trying 6 different chargers and some other troubleshooting steps. I will do my best to help you with this. 

Something that came into my mind is that maybe it just ran out of battery? Please note that sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.  

When it has had two hours, try restarting your Charge 5. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

I have left it on the charger for more than 2hrs and tried pressing button on charger...no response...can't restart if I can't get enough power on watch...before it completely died I tried resetting watch face because face was frozen....then battery completely died while on charger.Sent from my Galaxy

A similar situation here. Charge5 stopped charging some time ago. Have bought a new wire and tried 2 other but still doesn’t seem to work.

Same problem. Mine has been on the charger for 3 days and won't respond. Any solutions?

Apparently fitbit doesn't want to respond because the watch is junk...just 2 years oldSent from my Galaxy
