Charge 5 won't charge past 1%

My Charge 5 won't charge past 1%.  At one point it showed the charge percentage as up to 20%, but then dropped back down to 1%.  I've moved the charger to a different wall outlet and wiped off both the back of the 5 and the prongs on the charger itself, but it hasn't helped.  What should I do next?

Hello.  Yes, I have tried restarting it several times.  On the charger it will show fully charged but when I put it on, it will go down to below 10% almost immediately

I have the same problem. Tried restarting it, but it didn't do anything. What should I do?

Yes, I have.  I have wiped off the back of the don’t and also the prong side on the charger
