Charge 5 won't charge properly

My Charge 5 started losing charge quickly a couple weeks ago even after 24 hour charge. Now it charges to 99% only; however when i take it off the charge the screen is black. When I put it back on the charger it resets to 1%. I can't do a manual reboot because it won't go back on. Please advise - any advice?
