Fitbit Charge 5 stopped working a few days ago.
It will charge to 99% but not 100% when I take it off the charger it goes black. When I put it back on the charger it starts over at 1%. I've tried the three button reset procedure. Purchased October '22.
Help please! Need for my runs!

Thanks for responding so quickly. It does charge, but as soon as I take it off the charger it goes black. And then when I put it back on the charger it starts all over at 1%.

Exact same thing happened to me, but almost at the beginning of August. On August 13, I decided to check the forums, and they said they were rolling out an update, so assumed maybe that was the issue. They said it would take a few weeks, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. There also hasn’t been an option to update it on the app yet, and I’ve checked multiple times throughout these few weeks. I’m not sure what to do, because I don’t want to have to buy another one if possible.

@MarreFitbit can we get an update please? Issue is not that the it doesn't charge, but rather that it does charge all the way to 99%, but as soon as it's removed from the charger it goes dark. And then when put back on the charger it starts at 1%.
Thanks
