It will not charge at all. I tried cleaning all the contacts...nothing. I tried to reset using the button on the charging cable...nothing. After my last charge, it went completely dead in 2-3 days rather than the normal 7.
I bought it 11 months ago and it has worked fine until now.
Unless someone here has another solution, I would like to know how to return for a replacement quickly since I am not sure if warranty expires after 12 months.

I have the same problem - Fitbit charge 5 is completely dead and will not restart. I would love any info on possible ways to fix this.
