My fitbit charge 5 will not charge, I've tried the button on the charger but still won't charge. It was, at 67% before bed last night had messaged saying needs charging this morning as was at 10%. It just won't charge

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If the steps that our team has provided did not work, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance.
