Charge 5 won’t connect to iPad

I have new Charge 5 and it is finally connected to my iPhone but will not connect to iPad.

If you set your Fitbit to get iPhone notifications, then your Fitbit makes a tight Bluetooth bond with your phone and can't sync with other devices.  Your Fitbit syncs with your phone about every 15 minutes.  Your data syncs to your account, so all data should be the same between your iPhone and iPad screens.
