Charge 5 won't connect to my iPhone 11's Bluetooth

SSIA. Been trying for days.  Googled and tried everything under the sun.  I hadn’t used my Fitbit for about a year.  I downloaded the app yesterday so it has to be up to date. Please help!!

Update: I have an iPhone 11 and Charge 5

Hi there, @mkep22. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you're still having difficulties connecting your Charge 5 to your iPhone 11 despite all the steps you've tried so far. I will be glad to help you with this!

My charge 5 won’t pair to my iPhone. Tried reinstalling app, watch, and phone

I restarted my Charge 5 by pushing the button on the USB plug/cable 3 times at 1 second intervals, then my iPhone SE2 found the Charge 5.
