I’ve been troubleshooting my Fitbit5 because it is not syncing. I reset network connections, did hard reboot of my iPhone 13, turned the phone off and on, logged out of my Fitbit account and back on twice.
Then in settings I clicked on “forget this device” and removed my Fitbit because it only said not connected and I read that helps many to re-sync. My problem is now my phone is not finding it to sync to Bluetooth. It is pairing all my other devices. Any advice what I can do to pair the Fitbit to my phone’s Bluetooth?
Update: Please disregard. Problem was resolved when I turned the watch off and back on 🙂

Hi there, @FitTop. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm happy to hear you managed to solve the issue with your Charge 5. Thanks for sharing the steps that worked for you.
If you ever experience this issue again, you can try the following steps in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Charge 5 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.

I’m noticing that when the Charge 5 gets below 40 to 45% battery charge, it’s slow or will fail to sync. Mine wouldn’t sync this morning at 37%. Charged it and now it’s working fine.
