I have started using fitbit charge 5 since june 7,2023.
After all data setup and usage of one or two days it stopped syncing to the fitbit app. I tried all types of restart reset options. Even reset my phone settings. I found out it was not even visible on bluetooth. After reset and data erase, its not working at all. Just showing screen saying download fitbit app 😔

Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:
