How to connect my Fitbit device to my phone

Open the Fitbit app on your phone, login, then tap on the battery icon at the top left.
The add device is on that screen.  Follow the prompts to add your device.

Adding to what @gdio53 has shared with you, I also recommend taking a look at this help article How do I set up my Fitbit device?

On a side note, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

Were you able to sync your Charge 5 to the Fitbit app on your phone before? Is this a new issue that started recently?
