How to connect my Fitbit device to my phone

Open the Fitbit app on your phone, login, then tap on the battery icon at the top left.
The add device is on that screen.  Follow the prompts to add your device.

Were you able to sync your Charge 5 to the Fitbit app on your phone before? Is this a new issue that started recently?
