Charge 5 won't hold a battery charge

As of yesterday, my charge five, that I received in December, will no longer hold a charge for more than a couple of hours. Has anyone else experienced this?

Mine just started doing this two days ago.  It shows as charged 100% in the morning & is dead by the time I wake up next morning.  Very frustrating

I’ve just experienced the same problem with my Charge 5 that I purchased in April of this year (2022). The battery, which used to stay charged for easily mote than 5 days, suddenly started to discharge completely in fewer than 2 or 3 hours.

My Charge five is doing the same thing. I have tried all the remedies with no success. Still not holding any charge!!

Is there any help out there for this product?

Having the same problem- now I have to charge every night. Customer support sending replacement, but without explanation. Hopefully the replacement won’t have same issue.
