My charge 5 has very suddenly stopped holding its battery charge and also the screen is flickering on and off. It shows the time but if I touch the screen to check my steps, settings etc, lines appear and switches off. Has anyone else had this problem? Can it be rectified or does it mean its reached the end of its life? I can't even restart it as I can't access the settings. Very disappointing if this means it's broken, for the price paid I expected it to last much longer than two years.
