Hey, i have been using fitbits for many years now, and my daughter got me a new Charge 5 for Father's Day. Loved it until a couple weeks ago the battery wouldn't hold a charge for more than a few hours. I looked at the community board and tried all the tricks - removing the apps etc.- but finally it went dead on me and it won't charge at all now. What do I do? I really liked it, but this seems like a product/battery problem, not user error. Help?

Contact customer support. If it's under warranty, they'll send you a replacement. If not, they'll offer you a 35% off coupon that will not stack with sale prices, and you'll have to decide whether or not to throw good money after bad.
