Charge 5 won't hold a charge more than 6 hours

Today, the same thing happened to me what many people are facing, the fitbit 5 won't hold charge.

I tried all the things including pressing the button 3 times within 8 seconds.

No reset and no improvement.

This is my second fitbit 5 in 13 months.

I think we need more than just the standard reply.

Please fix our fitbit or return our monies. And don't hide behind the 12 month warranty excuse. Two within 14 month, means that it's a lemon and a whole lot of people are facing this issue.
