After the latest firmware update, my Charge 5 will no longer hold a charge more than a couple of hours. I went through all the troubleshooting to no avail. Contacted support but it's 3 months out of warranty, of course. So effectively was told to go pound sand. Very disappointing and frustrating that a watch can't last more than 15 months. Definitely not an isolated or even occasional problem when I did a Google search. Come on, FItbit. Why such a shoddy product? Time to look for alternatives to Fitbit.
