I live in the United States, own a Charge 5 updated to latest version. When I go to download the ECG app from my phone, after I select all the options and hit install, it does a loading animation for one second and then it goes back to the normall install button and nothing happens. How do I fix this?

Hi there, @Vasist. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5 is still not letting you to install the ECG app. I'll do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try restarting your Charge 5 by following these steps and then, proceed to install the ECG app.
If the above doesn't work, I'd like to share a personal experience I had with a friend and some steps that worked for her. What she did was to log in to the Fitbit app via a VPN (Surfshark, in her case, there are others) and 'locating' herself in the US. When she did this, the app installed perfectly.
Hope the steps provided help you.

Hi, I tried restarting and then used the VPN trick, but neither worked and it still won't install. Are there any other ways to install it?
