Recently upgraded from Charge 4 to Charge 5 and am regretting it. I've been trying to add a Starling Bank debit Mastercard to my Fitbit wallet (worked fine on the 4) but get to the end and an error message tells me "Unable to connect to your bank or card network. Please try again later or contact customer support."
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
