Hi any ideas on why I’m not getting any stress management data? I wear my watch for the recommended time but have never managed to receive any data in this section. Any ideas what to do? Thx

That's really strange. If you're not receiving any stress management data from your watch despite wearing it for the recommended time, you should ensure that your watch's firmware and software are up-to-date. Manufacturers often release updates that may include bug fixes or improvements to stress tracking features, so check for any available updates for your watch. Also, make sure that your watch is worn correctly and has a snug fit on your wrist. A loose or improper fit can affect the accuracy of stress tracking. Keep in mind that stress tracking may require certain conditions to be met, such as staying still and being relaxed. If you're constantly on the move or engaged in activities that affect your heart rate, the stress tracking feature may not provide accurate results.
I've never experienced issues with getting stress management data directly from my body. I remember a while ago, I couldn't import data from my therapist from https://www.riviamind.com/. Though, fitbit support gave me instant instructions on how to fix my issue.
