My Charge 5 does not receive text messages from my Iphone 13. I have deleted the Fitbit app and re installed on the Iphone 13, the IOS is 17.5.1 and is up to date. I have toggled "Share System Notications" on the Iphone Bluetooth. The Fitbit app is syncing as normal and seems to be connecting well.
I have "Allow Notification" toggled on (Green)
Banner Style set to "Persistent"
Show Previews set to "Always"
I have restarted, reset, forget device, add device. The Firmware for the Charge 5 does not show or even allow for a update. I have read and tried many of the solutions that are mentioned on line already. I contacted Fitbit support but was disconnected for not responding quickly enough, I have my case number but have not received a response.
What's really frustrating is that I was using my old Garmin Vivosmart 4 and these features were working fine. I thought there maybe a conflict with Garmin Connect and Fitbit App so I deleted both and reinstalled Fitbit, still won't work?
This is not a complete deal breaker for me to continue with the Charge 5, but It's hard to believe Garmin can make this work and Fitbit cannot?
Any help would be appreciated . Please keep in mind I have tried all the basic stuff, Thank you

Hi there, @bmack5092. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still not receiving text notifications. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know if the text messages not coming through are the iMessages? I also have an iPhone and had a similar trouble with those messages, but I tried toggling the iMessage setting; general > Messages > iMessage and verified the "Show Previews" was on "Always". If this steps don't work for you, please make sure you've followed all the steps provided in this help article Troubleshooting quick tips for iPhones.
If the issue persists, since you've already tried contacting customer support for this, my best advice is to keep the conversation with them. Click here to get connected.
