Charge 5 won't respond to anything

I bought my charge 5 in december and now the display dosen work.

 

i have follow the reboot process several times but the display is still dead.

 

I cannot connect or add my Charge 5 to the iPhone because it requiers the pin CODE that i cannot see on the display.

 

The Watch itselves are not dead because I assume it react when I try to connect.

 

Could you please advice how to get it work again.

Hi @Altopiano , if you have tried the restart procedure several times and the display still is not working then it is time to get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on Contact.fitbit.com 

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android
