Charge 5 won't respond to anything

charge 5 blacked out ! Tried resetting numerous times , haptic feedback is on but screen still blank only option  now is to drain it completely and then try .....7 bloody days wait !

I'll have to wait till the battery runs out which is an unknown as I can't see the actual charge with my blank screen I'll try later on with a different USB plug which the customer support suggested failing which I feel like taking a long run up and chucking the fitbit charge 5!
