Charge 5 won't respond to anything

Charge 5. dead. charging doesnt wake it. cant force reset.

I want to know when i set it up? if im still covered by warranty etc.Cannot find any info anywhere.

Anyone know where to find that info?

Hello @RxxxxxZ and welcome to the Community.  Unfortunately, the device activation date is only on the Charge 5 in the Setting app.  But I think Support can help you with this, especially if you bought it directly from Fitbit.

Thank you. Had to chat with them. Cant submit the form for replacement now
as no browser will support clicking the button.
