@Jaksta1978 Welcome to the Fitbit community!
Sad to hear that your Charge 5 isn't working as expected. I'd suggest trying to restart it following these steps:
1.) Connect your device to the charging cable which has to be connected to a power source.
2.) Press the button located on the USB Plug of the charger 3 times within 8 seconds, holding each press for about 1 second.
3.) Wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.
4.) Let your device on the charger for around an hour.
If this doesn't work for you, I'd contact Fitbit support to get further assistance:

Hi there, @Jaksta1978. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 5 before reaching out.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If your Charge 5 is not vibrating when you try performing the restart, it may seem that your Charge 5 ran out of battery and also that it's not charging properly. With that being said, I suggest trying the steps provided in this help article Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
If the above doesn't work, please follow @Talahthas's advice and chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
See you around.
