Today is the first time you experienced this issue? If so, please note we are not sure what might have caused this, but we would expect this to be one glitch and I would ask you to keep an eye on your Charge 5. In case this happens again, please let me know and I will be glad to further investigate.

My steps are working now, but I can't get my texts or call alerts on my fitbit charge 5 like I did before the app changed.....

Regarding the notifications not coming through, I'd recommend checking if your Charge 5 is in sleep mode. When sleep mode is on:

I am having this same issue as of 10/14/23 and my phone can't seem to locate my fully charged Charge 5
