Charge 5 won't show caller ID for WhatsApp notifications

Whenever I get a call notification of WhatsApp it shows Unknown caller even if the number is saved and the name is showing on the phone.

As a first approach, please check that your notifications have been setup correctly. For more information, see How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

If the above has been checked and all the notifications settings are correct, I'd like you to please confirm if you have enabled the Fitbit app permissions under Settings of your Android device. If you've done that, please try going to the phone Settings > Apps > Fitbit > Permissions and toggle off "Contacts", then restart your phone and toggle "Contacts" back on.

I have the same issue (Versa 3) and this suggestion cannot solve the problem in my case: I receive caller id in my fitbit when I get regular calls, but 'unknow caller' when I get whatsapp calls (even if in my phone is showing the whole screen with the correct id)
