I’m really struggling to get back into my fitbit because of the wrong date. I just factory reseted it but I forgot to update the date.
I’m searching and scrolling for answers but I can’t find an accurate source. It was set the the 16th of February.

It takes the date and time from phone every time it syncs. So just force a sync, or wait until it syncs.

Hi there, @gareu. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums.
As @JohnnyRow has mentioned, your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. So, please follow the steps he has shared with you in order to sync your Fitbit device.
Nevertheless, if you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? or if you need to relink your watch, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

@neneuej I'm reading your post very different from others who responded. Your screenshot isn't your Charge 5 clock face -- that isn't a Charge 5 clock face at all. You mentioned that you did a factory reset. The Charge 5 doesn't have a true factory reset, like the smartwatches do, but it does have a Clear User Data option. Charge 5 user manual This is the screen that you see when you clear your user data. The date you see is your Charge 5 activation date. That date never changes. Now that the data is cleared, go back to your Fitbit app and add your Charge 5 back as a new device.
