The date and time on Charge 5 is wrong after syncing. How do I correct the date and time? My phone notes it is synced to the Charge 5

Hi there, @Wendalla. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I will do my best to help you with this!
As per the description of your post, it looks to me that your Charge 5 might not be paired to your Fitbit account anymore. To make sure your Fitbit device has recently synced, go to your Fitbit app and tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. Keep in mind that your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Charge 5 is syncing, please try changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
