Charge 5 won't show the correct time

How can I manually update the time on the device? The correct time zone is in the app, my device has been synced and restarted several times yet the time on the device is one hour off. It won't update after my flight had a layover yesterday. 😒

Hello @W_D_S 

 

I’d  suggest restarting your Charge 5 to see if that helps. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app . Open the Settings app. Scroll down and tap Restart Device. Then tap Restart.


If restarting your Fitbit doesn’t help let’s check the time zone again. Although your time zone is showing correct in the Fitbit App try to turn off the automatically option:

  1. Open the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture then scroll down and tap App Settings then tap Time Zone.
  2. Under Time Zone, turn off the Set Automatically option.
  3. Tap Time Zone and select the correct time zone you need
  4. Now return to the Fitbit App today page and sync your Fitbit device by swiping the page downward.

Thanks but I already did both of those. Still the wrong time.
