Charge 5 won't show the correct time

My charge 5 is not displaying correct time and hasn’t for 24 hours

Hi there, @Maz2005. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that your Charge 5 hasn't been showing the correct time for the last 24 hours. I'll do my best to help you with this. 

As a first approach, may I ask if you already synced your device? Please note that the time will be wrong if your Charge 5 doesn't sync as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.

If the issue is still not solved, but you can confirm that your Charge 5 is syncing,  I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
