Charge 5 won't show the time or date on the main screen anymore

I tap on the face of the fitbit...says  "Always On....."   But it won't display the time or date.  This has been going on for 2 days!!!

Hi there, @M7M4. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and bringing this to my attention. I will do my best to help you with this! 

As a first approach, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
