Charge 5 won't show the time

HI all 


I just upgraded from Fitbit 4 to Fitbit 5 and after setting everything up, it does not display time, i tried to restarting it few times, syncing with my mobile, changing watch faces but still not showing time, It displays all other info such as steps / calories etc. but not time. Anyone knows how this can be fixed ?
