Charge 5 won't stay connected to charger

My charge will not stay connected to charge.  Any small movement disconnects the watch from charger

It is a bit tricky to connect your Charge 5 to the charging cable. As you noted, it doesn't take much to disconnect the Charge 5 from the charging puck. 

What works for me is putting my Charge 5 on its side, connect it to the charging puck, then carefully tap the display to make sure that it's charging.
