Charge 5 won't stay connected to iPhone SE 2020

My new Fitbit Charge 5 is not receiving notifications. When I go to my setting the connectivity is flipping from connected to not connected. My phone, Fitbit app and watch are all up to date with the latest versions available. Is there a fix for this or do I return my watch and get an older version. I never had this problem with my charge 2.

There seems to be a Bluetooth problem with some people's trackers.  It might be worth checking out this thread to read more and also follow the suggestions recommended by @LizzyFitbit  in there. They might help to resolve the problem for you.

@Tracy989 Thanks for the details provided and I'm sorry you're having this experience. As @Wibby mentioned, our team is aware of this issue with the Charge 5 not staying connected via Bluetooth and they're currently working to bring a fix to all our affected members. While there isn't a time frame, I'd also recommend trying the suggestions shared in that thread and monitor your tracker's behavior.
