Every day I need to re-pair my iPhone 13 with my charge five. The app simply will not sync until I do so. In order to reestablish pairing I need to go to the iPhone settings, then to Bluetooth and then have the phone forget the charge five then reestablish connection by approving pairing on the app. At that point I can re-sync the app with the device. When I first got the charge five (about a year ago) it worked fine but gradually this problem has developed. Is there any solution?
