Charge 5 won't stay on

I keep getting the black screen after disconnecting the charge 5 from the charger.  Tried the following with no resolution

deleteting Fitbit app and device from iPhone.  Re-installed

rebooted devices multiple times through the device and charger wire 

Updated the clock.  
 Is there a contact number for support?
