So my Charge 5 depleted the battery and I plugged it in to charge overnight like I typically do. In the morning the screen was black and all the tapping never woke it up. I did the three press restart and now my Charge 5 won’t stop vibrating. It’s not a steady vibration. It’s like it’s tapping out some secret Morse code message. If I take it off the charger it stops. But, as soon as I put it back on the charger it resumes its secret messaging. I’m pretty sure the thing is “dead”. And yes, it’s out of warranty.
Anyone experience something like this? Fitbit employees, have any of you ever heard of this? I have a video of your interested.
