My Charge 5 started vibrating and would not stop. The screen would not display anything. I took it off my wrist and put it on the charger and the screen still was blank. I have tried to reset it using the 3-button reset with the charging cable several times and my Charge 5 remains unresponsive. The app on my iPhone is up to date, but unable to connect to my now unresponsive Charge 5.
Has anyone been able to resolve this issue? This is very frustrating!

Hi there, @jmmrun18. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is still unresponsive. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
As per the description of your post, it sounds like your Charge 5 ran out of battery due to the unstoppable vibration. Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try restarting your Charge 5 once again, I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.
If the above doesn't work, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Thank you for your help! Unfortunately, neither of your suggestions solved my problem. My Fitbit is still unresponsive.
