Charge 5 will not swipe right or left. I cannot access these features. Also, when I swipe down I am able to use those functions except for the setting function. It does not open the settings.

Same here with the swipe left/right thing.
I can still get to settings and have tried resetting it many, many times to no avail.
It happened recently, after the firmware update.

Some users have also found useful changing the clock face option on the device. However, if you already tried the three pulse restart procedure using the charging cable and you continue to experience the same problem, I do recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team so they can provide you with the next steps.
