My brand new Charge 5 is fully charged but won’t switch on or sync
So disappointed, any ideas appreciated

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance and it seems they were able to provide you with some instructions. Could you please confirm if you're still having any issue or if your device device has turned back on?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me. Unfortunately my Fitbit is still unresponsive even when fully charged and will not pair with my phone. It says error each time I try and enter the code to pair. I’ve deleted the app and re downloaded, updated my phone, etc but nothing is working.
